MyEllevate Procedure

This minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedure was invented and developed by Dr. Gregory Mueller.

This innovative procedure takes approximately one hour to perform. Most people can return to normal activities within days. The ICLED® light guided suture system allows Dr. Mueller to easily place a suture support system without incisions.

MyEllevate® can be used as a standalone procedure or in conjunction with other facial procedures offered by Dr. Mueller.

Patients love my MyEllevate® because it:

  • is a minimally invasive procedure

  • offers fast recovery, and restores a youthful appearance. The procedure takes approximately one hour to perform, and requires minimal recovery time

  • can be performed under local anesthesia in Dr. Mueller’s office

  • delivers immediate and natural results in most patients that can last 5 plus years!

How Does MyEllevate® Work?

During the procedure, MyEllevate® suture material is placed beneath the skin’s surface and above the muscle using an LED-lighted suture rod. This light guidance helps provide greater accuracy in suture placement below the skin, all without the need for incisions. This creates a more refined and youthful appearance. MyEllevate® works beautifully as a standalone treatment. It may also be combined with our other advanced facial rejuvenation procedures to further enhance your results.

Is it right for me?

MyEllevate® is a great option for patients with the following characteristics:

“The buzziest new procedure is MyEllevate, aka a percutaneous suture suspension—meaning surgical sutures are inserted with a lighted needle underneath the skin and across the neck.”
