Not from around here? No problem. Jane Leviste, Patient Care Coordinator will arrange a video conference through SKYPE. This will allow you to get to know the doctor and to discuss concerns and goals. PERSON to PERSON Consult is required when ready for surgery.
Simply e-mail photos to Jane (please sample photos on how you should take the pictures) and let us know your goals or what you think needs improvements. Jane will forward pictures to the doctor for an evaluation and give you the best realistic idea of improvement. Jane will e-mail you an estimate cost of surgery including the operating room and anesthesia fees.
